All of our items are made-to order in our Lancashire based studio and so the below delivery times include the actual production of your items(s), artworks & engravings.
UNITED KINGDOM:
- Standard Delivery: Appx 5 business days ( 1 week)
- Rush Delivery: Dispatched on the next working day, aiming for a 1-2 business day delivery.
WORLDWIDE:
- Delivery overseas can vary greatly depending on various factors but we typically advise atleast 2 weeks. This accounts for production of your item(s) + carriage time & time spent at customs.
Frequently asked questions
No problem at all. Just choose Font as your engraving type and type the message you'd like - we'll engrave it beautifully in the font of your choice. If you'd still love the handwritten look, several of our fonts are handwriting-style scripts, so you get the same charm without needing a sample.
We can use either a photo of the print itself, made on paper OR we can use a clear, face on photo of the paw itself.
Note - If you have a clay impression, please check with us first.
You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phone will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.
Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?
We can give previews, but we charge a one-off fee of £5 per order. This option will become available in your cart when you have added item(s). Please note that this could delay the dispatch of your order while we await your approval.
If we spot any issues then we will be in contact before starting work on your order so please do keep an eye on your emails as this would be the first port of contact.

There are significant delays across the country at the moment caused by the Royal Mail strike action. Whilst we have ensured that every order is completed and dispatched as quickly as possible during this busy period, the delivery time is in the hands of the carrier and delays are to be expected. We have been highly recommending that customers upgrade to faster shipping service at checkout during these times, but I understand that not everybody is able to do so.
