Processing time: 2–4 working days
Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be prepared before it's dispatched. Need it sooner? Choose Rush Delivery at checkout for a 1–2 working day service.

Returns & exchanges
Unpersonalised items can be returned within 14 days. As personalised pieces are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives faulty. See our returns policy for full details.
Import duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties charged by the courier at destination. Payment is the recipient's responsibility — we can't be held liable for charges once a package leaves our studio, and customs processing may cause additional delays.
Countries we can't currently ship to
