Bracelet was lovely, as described, I originally ordered the wrong item at first, I ordered a necklace. Customer service were great. They responded quickly and we're very helpful.

Very disappointed with the bracelet i bought for a gift. The wuality is very poor and cheap looking. Looks nothing like the pictures on their website. Its a very cheap metal and dull looking, (duller than the old plug chain) and not what i was expecting. Because i had it engraved they would not allow me to return it, sadly its not suitable to gift. I would not recommend. Save your money and put it towards someone like chlobo, or 915 sterling silver. The only nice thing was the gift bag and box which i had to pay extra for. Don’t waste your money.

Purchased the stainless steel bracelet with my late mums fingerprint and handwriting, delivery was pretty quick and jewellery arrived it was beautiful, however I soon realised that it was a little darker than I expected. I understood as it was a personal keepsake I wouldn't be able to change it but I spoke with Amber about the possibility of swapping the bracelet for the gold finish and keeping the original charm. Agreed that I could do that, paid and extra £2 and postage to send it back, they reattached the charm to the new bracelet and it arrived within a week, lovely piece of jewellery and their customer service and communication is amazing 👏

Recently lost a pet and had a key chain engraved with his paw print. It's the most precious thing, I cannot thank you enough!

Avoid ordering from Wild Honeybee.

My parcel was marked as “delivered” but never arrived. The proof of delivery provided is completely inadequate – it does not show my actual door, and in a building where every door looks identical, it proves nothing.

Despite this, customer service refused a refund and insisted the item had been delivered. They completely ignores the fact that I never received the original item and places all responsibility on the customer.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability and basic understanding. I was repeatedly given the same response with no real attempt to properly investigate or resolve the issue.

If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect fair treatment or a reasonable resolution.
