The terms that apply when you shop with us. These also cover our emails, Instagram, Facebook, and other promotional activity.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This site is found at wildhoneybee.co.uk; references to "you" and "your" mean anyone placing an order through the site.

Orders

To ensure your personalised gift arrives as you expect, we ask that you confirm your delivery address and personalisation details at checkout. If you're unhappy with any part of these terms, please contact us before placing an order at hello@wildhoneybee.co.uk.

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase the goods outlined in your order on the terms described. We'll require your name, email, phone number, address, and payment details to process your order. We may share your contact number with our couriers so they can arrange delivery, but only for that purpose.

Once you place an order, we'll confirm it's been received and accepted. Our contract for the sale of products only exists once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched. We may not be able to meet our obligations if: the product is out of stock, we're unable to authorise payment, there's a pricing or description error, or our delivery partners are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

If there's an issue with your order, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email. Please check all items on receipt — faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days.

Website product pricing & descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product details, prices, and descriptions are accurate. Occasionally the website may not exactly reflect the position at the point an order is placed — we can't confirm a price until your order is accepted, and screen colour representation may vary by device.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 28 days of purchase (extendable to 3 months in exceptional circumstances) — this doesn't include normal wear and tear. For plated items, please follow the included care instructions to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing; these are also on our care & cleaning page.

Contract cancellation

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding made-to-order or personalised items). We'll consider cases outside this window individually.

Returns policy & making returns

If a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@wildhoneybee.co.uk (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Returning items

See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on our returns policy. To cancel and return an order (excluding personalised items) under the Distance Selling Regulations, let us know within 28 days of receiving your parcel by emailing hello@wildhoneybee.co.uk. Return the whole order at your own expense; once received, we'll issue a full refund. This doesn't apply to personalised items, which can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

Sale / extra discount

We occasionally offer promotional or voucher codes. Discounts can't be combined with other offers, are time-limited or capped per code, can't be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively, and can't be redeemed against items already purchased. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a promotion at any time.

Disclaimer & limitations of liability

We don't exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death arising from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Beyond that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, neither we nor any linked company is liable for indirect, special, or resultant loss or damage arising from use of this website or our products.

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and reliable but can't guarantee it will be free from interruption, errors, or data loss in transit.

All content on this site (images, logos, photographs, copy, and other materials) is the copyright of Wild Honeybee Limited or its respective owners. All rights reserved, except for copying, printing, or downloading extracts in good faith for placing an order or for non-commercial purposes.

Our total liability under any contract for products covered by these conditions won't exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided here.

Territory and law

These terms are governed by English law, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This site is designed for use within the UK; if you're ordering from elsewhere, we can't guarantee compliance with your local laws, and products or promotions not permitted there aren't offered to you.
