Light it well

The clearer the picture, the better the engraving will be. Make sure the photo is well lit and the handwriting is in focus.

Skip the social media screenshot

Photos taken from WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram get compressed, which lowers the quality and can make it harder to pick out the handwriting clearly. We can usually work around this, but a high-quality original image makes life easier for everyone.

One image per side

Our website only allows one image upload per side, to eliminate mistakes. If you need to combine words from multiple pictures, use a collage app to join them into one image, or email us the extra photos directly.

Add notes for anything specific

If you have a particular request, add it to the order notes along with a written copy of the exact words you'd like engraved.
