Frequently asked questions

No problem at all. Just choose Font as your engraving type and type the message you'd like - we'll engrave it beautifully in the font of your choice. If you'd still love the handwritten look, several of our fonts are handwriting-style scripts, so you get the same charm without needing a sample.

We can use either a photo of the print itself, made on paper OR we can use a clear, face on photo of the paw itself.

Note - If you have a clay impression, please check with us first.

You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phone will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.

Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?

We can give previews, but we charge a one-off fee of £5 per order. This option will become available in your cart when you have added item(s). Please note that this could delay the dispatch of your order while we await your approval.

If we spot any issues then we will be in contact before starting work on your order so please do keep an eye on your emails as this would be the first port of contact.

Beautiful tribute to my beautiful boy

I recently lost my beloved cat and came across this website so decided to order a paw print tribute. The ordering process was smooth and I received a call from them to confirm the spelling as he had an unusual name and they wanted to make sure they got it right. I received my tribute and it is beautiful. I have already recommended to several friends. Thank you for such a beautiful tribute to my beautiful boy.

It’s gorgeous I just wish the paw prints were closer to the original size (as my baby was a chihuahua) but the block is lovely and I would recommend to anyone

I saw these paw print products on social media and they are as described.
The arcylic block shows Murphys paw print very clearly and is a perfect tribute to him, because we took his paw print before we had to say goodbye to him and i always wanted to have something made with it on..
The customer service is 5 star they acknowledge the order and keep you fully updated throughout.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Acrylic Paw Print - Personalised

Nice and heavy, the print is great quality but quite disappointing that the paw was missing the nails which were in the photo - just the pads have been printed so not sure how much it looks like the paw print sadly ….

Paw print block

I know you will not get the actual size of the paw but the print is bigger than Harvey’s paw . The quality is absolutely brilliant but that has made the item 3 stars.

Better than expectations

A lovely large acrylic block, expected a token but got a keepsake.
Paw print is just as the picture I uploaded. Shape is there, meaning the memory is there.
This is a great product and tribute to our dog.

Cute

Cute but really sharp. The corners are super sharp. Shame they aren’t rounded off ever so slightly at least on the top. Cute little memorial.

Superb

This was painted on by artists from a paw print of my dog Luka. Great Royal Mail delivery that I have on a shelf below a photo I now have immortalised on my wall. Great gift for any bereaved pet owner. Outstanding quality.
