Frequently asked questions

No problem at all. Just choose Font as your engraving type and type the message you'd like - we'll engrave it beautifully in the font of your choice. If you'd still love the handwritten look, several of our fonts are handwriting-style scripts, so you get the same charm without needing a sample.

We can use either a photo of the print itself, made on paper OR we can use a clear, face on photo of the paw itself.

Note - If you have a clay impression, please check with us first.

You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phone will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.

Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?

We can give previews, but we charge a one-off fee of £5 per order. This option will become available in your cart when you have added item(s). Please note that this could delay the dispatch of your order while we await your approval.

If we spot any issues then we will be in contact before starting work on your order so please do keep an eye on your emails as this would be the first port of contact.

Thank you for your feedback.

With regards to delivery, the tracking shows that your parcel has been refused by the recipient and returned to us due to an incorrect address.

I can see two emails sent from you on Saturday night, which I have just replied to now on Monday morning - Please note that we are closed on weekends, but we do aim to reply to all queries within 2 working days.

As mentioned in the email, we will require the full, correct address to re-deliver the parcel.

Beautiful

I purchased this necklace as I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved cat of 15 years. He was my little dude, my shadow, and I am utterly heartbroken by his loss. Wearing this beautiful necklace with his little nose print has brought some comfort knowing that he is still with me in some way.

Beautiful, detailed necklace.

Absolutely beautiful necklace. When it arrived, I actually had to check the engraving against my reference photo to make sure it was really my cat’s paw because it was so perfect, and of course it was, all the individual details have been captured so perfectly despite them coming from a photograph, not an ink print.

I also asked in the notes to only have the paw print engraved on the front, and my cat’s name on the back, and this was no issue. The satellite chain feels good quality too, which is an added bonus.

I’m so pleased to have such a beautiful, yet subtle keepsake piece for my little cat that I can wear with me every day.

Made me cry but happy tears

I lost my Dogue de Bordeaux so suddenly and unexpectedly, my heart was breaking and having the pendant made and having it around my neck makes me a little better. Such a gorgeous keepsake
