You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phone will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.
Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?
Unfortunately we don't give previews for a few different reasons. However, for things like handwriting, fingerprints, handprints etc, the artwork is created from your photo and so the final engraving will reflect that.
If we spot any issues then we will be in contact before starting work on your order so please do keep an eye on your emails as this would be the first port of contact.
