Lucy Heart Silver Actual Handwriting Bead Bracelet

Very disappointed with my purchase. Bought a bracelet snd had it engraved for a gift. The quality is a cheap metal which is dull looking, nothing like the photos on website. I was expecting a nice dainty bracelet, this is definitely not, its awful. I asked to return it but refused return as engraved, even though they could have taken the cheap disc off. Please note this is nothing like 915 sterling silver. Not shiny. More like toilet chain.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the item. Although I knew the material was stainless steel, the images on the website still looked like silver in colour but it is much darker than portrayed and I’m sadly not able to give as the gift for my daughter on her wedding day. I feel the colour image used needs to be more true to life.

I ordered a Lucy bead bracelet with an Amelia disc, with my late mums writing on one side and a little rough sketch she did on the other side. I am absolutely thrilled with it . It looks amazing. I also received excellent help from customer service to get this organised as it’s not a combination that is stocked. It would make such a great bereavement gift for someone.

Really pleased with this bracelet and captured the handwriting perfectly, lovely to have my nan and Gran's writing on the same piece of jewellery to remember them by. Came within a week too. Very impressed.
