All of our items are made-to order in our Lancashire based studio and so the below delivery times include the actual production of your items(s), artworks & engravings.
UNITED KINGDOM:
- Standard Delivery: Appx 5 business days ( 1 week)
- Rush Delivery: Dispatched on the next working day, aiming for a 1-2 business day delivery.
WORLDWIDE:
- Delivery overseas can vary greatly depending on various factors but we typically advise atleast 2 weeks. This accounts for production of your item(s) + carriage time & time spent at customs.

You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phot will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.
Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?
Unfortunately we don't give previews for a few different reasons. However, for things like handwriting, fingerprints, handprints etc, the artwork is created from your photo and so the final engraving will reflect that.
If we spot any issues then we will be in contact before starting work on your order so please do keep an eye on your emails as this would be the first port of contact.
