You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phone will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.

Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?

Unfortunately we don't give previews for a few different reasons. However, for things like handwriting, fingerprints, handprints etc, the artwork is created from your photo and so the final engraving will reflect that.

If we spot any issues then we will be in contact before starting work on your order so please do keep an eye on your emails as this would be the first port of contact.

I do wish that the inside for ashes was bigger just for bigger dogs but honestly its very beautiful otherwise, the paw printing was wonderful and extremely accurate to the reference. The printing is lovely and the necklace is very weighted, the service was perfect and shipped in 24 hours although i did pay for overnight service the standard was well and met perfectly ❤️‍🩹 i cant wait to grab the bracelet for christmas.

Good quality but thicker than on photos

Very nice quality however in the photo the pendants look quite thin, but receiving mine yesterday they are actually very thick and not very dainty

Lovely necklace. Heart it bigger than i expected but at least its not small and hard to see paw print. My dog paw print and name on front and nose print at the back. Highly recommend. But it doesnt come with a little funnel to put ashes in but overall i love it and Highly recommend

The perfect memorial

I wasn't sure what piece of jewellery to get to commemorate my sweet cat, but I saw this advertised on Facebook and I knew it was the right item. And I was right, when it turned up it felt like the perfect necklace. His pawprint is there, and I can keep a piece of him with me always. It's my first time losing my own pet, and this makes it feel a little easier.
