- Delivery overseas can vary greatly depending on various factors but we typically advise atleast 2 weeks. This accounts for production of your item(s) + carriage time & time spent at customs.
Frequently asked questions
No problem at all. Just choose Font as your engraving type and type the message you'd like - we'll engrave it beautifully in the font of your choice. If you'd still love the handwritten look, several of our fonts are handwriting-style scripts, so you get the same charm without needing a sample.
We can use either a photo of the print itself, made on paper OR we can use a clear, face on photo of the paw itself.
Note - If you have a clay impression, please check with us first.
You can upload a clear photo directly on the product page. A photo taken on your mobile phone will work perfectly - Just make sure the writing or print is well‑lit and in focus.
Most of our items can be engraved on both sides, however there are a few exceptions. If the item can be engraved on both sides then you should see an option in the personalisation form named Engrave the back?
We can give previews, but we charge a one-off fee of £5 per order. This option will become available in your cart when you have added item(s). Please note that this could delay the dispatch of your order while we await your approval.

my dog passed away recently and i seen an ad on facebook for the paw print necklace, i ordered the gold lucy heart with the satellite chain and absolutely love it, its really good quality and the paw print has been printed identical to the picture. such a great gift for someone or yourself to commemorate your loved one or pet. delivery was fast and packaging cane with a nice gift box. very pleased with my order and have recommended the company to others. paid around £35 for the necklace and is well worth it. thank you guys so much🥹🤍🤍
I bought a necklace with a charm for my partner as her first cat died and had the paw prints and his name on the front and a little message on the back. Staff were really nice when we were emailing to make sure the note was not too long so you could read it.
