I ordered 3 gold bouquet charms engraved with the actual handwriting of some special family members that are no longer with us.
They are exactly what I wanted and hopefully will make her day.

Unfortunately I lost my rather, before he passed my children asked for him to draw a love heart for each of them on a piece of paper he did a heart and wrote i.n it and wrote grandad underneath. I contacted the team and had communication via email with Amber who showed compassion and amazing customer service skills supporting me in choosing the most appropriate item to suit what I had in mind, I ordered the item and a week later my children have their charms, so less than three week after my Dads passing my girls can wear his last message to them daily it brings tears to my eyes the comfort this has brought them.
