Unfortunately I recently lost my beloved dog. When trying to think of a special way to commemorate him, I came across this necklace. I sent them the requested paw print which had been taken (not very well) by the vets practice. The customer team reached out to me by email and then by phone to check I was happy with the proposed print, and when I said it wasn't as good as I had hoped (because of the print quality, which was out of their hands completely) they suggested if I could find a photograph showing his nose they could change my order to a nose print! My necklace has arrived and I absolutely love it! But the customer service is what made it for me - the attention to detail, the checking in, and the gentle suggestion of what could be done instead, as well as the care they showed when I explained why I couldn't send a clearer paw print made all the difference. I'll treasure not only the necklace but also the care that went in to making a difficult time just a little easier. Thank you!
